With 12 locations across Central Florida, Physician Associates is able to serve the needs of the entire family in your community. All physicians are Board Certified and located in the greater Orlando area.
Physician Associates has 70 physicians specializing in:

Family Medicine – Family Medicine physicians care for the entire family including newborns, children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Women may select either an Ob/Gyn or a Family Medicine physician for well woman exams and pap smears. Parents may select either a Family Medicine physician or a Pediatrician to care for their children. Family Medicine physicians also perform minor surgery such as mole removal or suturing lacerations.

Internal Medicine – Internists care for adults and seniors and specialize in solving complicated diagnostic problems, managing severe chronic illnesses and treating multiple illnesses. These physicians do not usually perform well woman exams or minor surgery.

Pediatrics – Pediatricians care for newborns, children, adolescents and young adults. Pediatric services include: circumcisions, well baby and well child check-ups and immunizations, school and sports physicals, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), same-day acute care and sick visits.

Podiatry – Podiatrists treat and care for a variety of foot and ankle conditions and disorders including structural conditions, trauma-related injuries, skin and nail conditions, and congenital deformities. Additionally, podiatrists are uniquely qualified to detect the early stages of diseases that exhibit warning signs in the lower extremities, as well as manage those foot conditions which can pose an ongoing threat to a patient’s overall health. Such illnesses include diabetes, arthritis and cardiovascular disease.

Women’s Health – OB/GYN care for women’s health needs. Some of these services include: high risk pregnancy, routine pregnancy, well women exams, bladder control, hormone replacement therapy, menopause management, surgery, birth control and assessment and treatment of infertility. Most OB/GYN physicians are faculty members and part of a training program with Orlando Regional Healthcare’s OB/GYN residency program.

OB/GYN Hospitalist – Physician Associates’ OB/GYN Hospitalist oversees Emergency Department patients being admitted into Orlando Regional Healthcare’s Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies. The Hospitalist directs, manages and reports inpatient conditions to the inpatient's primary care physician. Hospital medicine is the discipline concerned with the general medical care of hospitalized patients. Their activities include patient care, teaching, research and leadership related to hospital care. If a Physician Associates’ patient is admitted to Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando, a Physician Associates’ doctor is on site 24-hours a day. That way, if a particular Physician Associates’ doctor is not immediately available, there is a highly-trained doctor on staff to care for the patient’s needs.

Sleep Disorder - Physician Associates sleep disorder specialist is concerned with the diagnosis/treatment of patients with disorders of sleep and daytime alertness and the effect of the sleep process upon other medical disorders. The field of sleep medicine developed because specialized knowledge of the sleeping brain and the pathological deviations of normal sleep physiology provided the physician the expertise to recognize and treat sleep-related illness.

Adult Inpatient Medicine - Physician Associates' Adult Inpatient Medicine physicians partner with your family doctor to provide your bedside care while you are in the hospital. Adult Inpatient Medicine physicians can respond quickly to your medical needs and can admit you directly to the hospital, nursing home, or to your doctor’s office in a non-emergency situation. Adult Inpatient Medicine physicians confer with your family doctor during your hospital stay for continuity of care.
